Ultra lightweight non-lead aprons
The new line of ultra lightweight non-lead aprons is the result of Xenolite (by DuPont technology) alloy sheeting replacing lead vinyl.
There are two types of Xenolite material:
- XENOLITE NL (No-Lead) - a lead free, the lightest weight material In the world offering a 40% weight reduction comparing to lead Vinyl
- XENOLITE "B" - lightweight material, made by using about 25% lead, weight 30% less then lead Vinyl.
Xenolite aprons are appropriate for use in long procedures because of reducing fatigue and back strain. They are recyclable and safe for non hazardous disposal.
Xenolite products conform to the world standard IEC 61331-1.
